Let me tell you a bit about my journey. After becoming a mom, I found myself caught in the cycle of quick meals, endless to-dos, and, let’s be honest, a lot of self-doubt. I wanted to feel strong, healthy, and confident, but I didn’t want to give up the things I loved. Sound familiar? That’s when I decided to flip the script. I threw out the diet rules and started finding a balance — one that allowed me to enjoy my favorite foods, feel great in my skin, and have the energy to keep up with all the demanding aspects of life.
